The institute adopts and follows many good practices for the well-being of the students. In this training and placement play crucial roles in shaping the career trajectories of students. These processes are meticulously designed to equip students with the technical skills and practical exposure necessary for success in the professional world. It is often seen that engineering freshers do not meet all these requirements to get immediately hired across the industries. They still need certain skills and training to work in the market. Owing to this gap in the industry standards and education structure, the Training & Placement Cell offers many Skills Enhancement Training for the students. Firstly, training programs are structured to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge acquired in classrooms and its practical application in real-world scenarios. These programs often include workshops, seminars, and hands-on projects that not only enhance technical proficiency but also foster critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. MACET looks to develop its students from the industrial perspective.

For this, we give training to impart Problem-Solving Skills, Communication Skills, Technical Skills, and Soft Skills to every student. As Problem-Solving Skills are the fundamental skills to crack the campus interviews, students are given training on Aptitude in which they learn and practice all sorts of problems. The industry's major expectation is the Communication Skills of students.Hence,training that covers basic grammar, role plays, group discussions, debates, self-introductions, etc. Further, technical skills training is given to all the students whichmakes them perfect for cracking technical interview rounds in the campus interviews.

In addition, Weekly one-hour training and placement are given in the class timetable in final year classes. Apart from the internal trainers, external trainers are also used to give training for the students. Besides, value-added courses are offered by the respective departments on emerging technologies. We also encourage students to visit various industries of their disciplines so that they get the right exposure. Faculty members are encouraged to attend Faculty Development Programmes to update themselves with new evolving technologies so that they are prepared to train the students. It is believed that making students placed in well-renowned companies is the real success of the college. It has been made possible in recent years by scheduling plenty of training programs, conducting more numbers of assessments and bringing reputed companies to the campus.
